Automotive 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC) are the mandatory tools in the IATF 16949:2016, that required staff of related department to understand and implement the tools. It is crucial that the implementers are equipped with the basic knowledge of 5 Core Tools, which consists of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & Statistical Process Control (SPC).
