Staff Development Program is the beginning of career development for employees who have worked in various work units for a period of 0-4 years. The staff must be seen as employees who have the potential to advance the company, lead and manage a work unit and are prepared to become cadres of Work Unit Leaders and Leaders above. Participants will be equipped with a variety of knowledge to meet the competencies required for a staff member who has the potential to become a leader of a work unit or a higher level leader. It is expected that participants will be able to understand the business processes in the company, departments and work units and be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities as an employee in their respective work units.
This program aims to support company management policies to continuously develop the quality of human resources with continuous and tiered education for staff and to fill the leadership force on the first line level.
In general, the purpose of this program is that after completion of training it is expected that participants will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to act as staff who have good performance or prospective Work Unit Leaders and be able to achieve optimal performance.
